Dexxon partner RMA process

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, delivering excellent performance and user-friendliness, and are easy to install. We take great care in accurate preparation and safe shipment of goods. If shipping errors occur or a delivered product is found to be defective, please follow the following instructions to ensure that we can resolve your complaint as effectively as possible.


The warranty period begins on the day the end user purchases the product and ends after 2 years. If a defect occurs within this period due to material and/or manufacturing faults, it is covered by the warranty. In cases where the customer’s (end user’s) receipt is not available, the 2-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product from Dexxon.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • The model and/or serial number (if present) on the product has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
  • Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been performed by unauthorized service organizations or individuals.
  • The defect is caused by misuse or improper use of the product, or by environmental conditions that are not in accordance with the recommended operating conditions of the product.
  • The defect is caused by connected peripherals, additional equipment, or accessories not recommended by the brand.
  • Damage is caused by accidents, including but not limited to lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disasters, or transportation accidents.
  • Damage is caused by animals.
  • The purchase receipt (customer receipt) has been altered or made illegible in any way.


1. Inform Dexxon about your complaint by filling out the Dexxon Partner RMA Form and sending it in one of the following ways:

In general, one of the following options will apply to your request:

  1. Dexxon authorizes the destruction of the defective product and credits based on the last invoiced price.
  2. Dexxon refers you to the third-party service center (brand manufacturer) if the warranty terms of the respective products require it. In this case, Dexxon will not handle the warranty process.
  3. Dexxon requests you to return the goods.

In the case of option 3, the products should be sent to Dexxon.

  1. You will receive a confirmation with an RMA number. This RMA number is valid for 14 days.
  2. You must clearly indicate this RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
  3. The product must be returned complete – including all accessories.
  4. The defective product must be returned along with a copy of the customer’s (end user’s) purchase receipt or the original invoice, showing the purchase date.
  5. The costs for returning defective goods are borne by the partner. The products should be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to Dexxon.

    Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

    1. Dexxon evaluates and tests returned products within 4 weeks of receipt.
    • After verifying the complaint, you will receive a credit for the last invoiced price.
    • If it turns out that the products are not defective, they will not be credited, and they can be returned at the partner’s expense by arrangement.
